Beyond - Burkely Duffield

Burkely Duffield currently stars as Holden Matthews on the Freeform series “Beyond,” premiering in early 2017. He recently starred in Legendary Pictures feature film “Warcraft” alongside Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Dominic Cooper and Paula Patton.

In addition to “Beyond,” Burkely’s upcoming projects include Sean McNamara’s feature “Live Like Line” for Mark Ciardi and Mickey Liddell, and a role on E!’s original series “The Arrangement."

Burkely has also been seen in the Nickelodeon series “House of Anubis,” as well as the original television movies “Rags” and “Jinxed.” He has also appeared on such television series as “Supernatural,” “Minority Report,” and “The Tomorrow People.”

Beyond - Jonathan Whitesell

Jonathan Whitesell was born in the town of Duncan on Vancouver Island. He started in the performing arts from an early age and received numerous awards for excellence in theater throughout middle school and high school, but never thought that acting could be a viable career path so he followed in his family footsteps and applied for the Army. However, in a bizarre turn of events, Jon moved to Vancouver and decided to enroll in The Acting for Stage and Screen Program at Capilano University.

Soon after graduation Jonathan booked his first role in the feature “The Unspoken” and hasn’t stopped working since. He is currently filming the new Freeform series “Beyond” and can be seen on the CW series “The 100.” Next up are the independent features “A.R.C.H.I.E.,” and “Never Steady, Never Still.” Other credits include “Once Upon a Time,” “The X-Files,” “iZombie,” “Ties That Bind” and “Proof.”

He currently resides in Vancouver, BC.

Jeff Pierre was born and raised in Boston to a Haitian family. He is best known for his season long recurring role as Caleb in Showtime’s series “Shameless.” Jeff landed his first series regular role on Freeform’s “Beyond,” which is set to air in 2017.

Recently, Jeff starred as Tyree in the VHI movie “Drumline 2: A New Beat.” He has guest starred on shows such as “CSI,” “Glee,” and “Anger Management.”

Jeff graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in criminal justice.

Romy Rosemont plays Diane Matthews on Freeform’s new drama “Beyond.”

Rosemont is widely known for playing Finn’s mom, “Carole Hudson,” on Fox’s Emmy-winning hit series “Glee.” On film, Rosemont starred alongside Catherine Keener in “Please Give”, and also appeared with Jennifer Aniston in director/writer Nicole Holofcenter’s “Friends with Money.”

She has recurred on “Silicon Valley,” “American Crime Story,” “Justified,” “Scandal,” “Secrets & Lies,” “Swingtown,” and “The Fosters,” and has had many notable TV guest appearances.

Beyond - Michael McGrady

Michael was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest in Washington State. He studied Business Administration at The University of Washington with plans to attend Law school. However, after having overcome a bout with malignant melanoma at the age of 19 - the same cancer that took his father's life only one year earlier - he decided to take a break from school and move to Los Angeles to pursue his secret and lifelong desire of acting. With his sister Shari’s prompting and support, Michael moved to Los Angeles in 1983.

Michael quickly rose to the rank of working actor with many guest star appearances in the top tier television programs of the 80’s and 90’s. Additionally, he secured supporting roles in several studio films, from “The Babe” as baseball legend Lou Gehrig opposite John Goodman to “Diggstown” as Frank Mangrum alongside Academy Award winners James Woods and Lou Gossett Jr. He also played John Shanssey in “Wyatt Earp” with Kevin Costner. Other notable films include Terrence Malick’s “The Thin Red Line,” Ulu Grosbard’s “Deep End of The Ocean” alongside Michelle Pfeiffer as well as several independent films such as “5 Aces” with Charlie Sheen, “Rage,” with Nicolas Cage, “The Perfect Family” with Jason Ritter and Kathleen Turner and “The Frozen Ground” with Nicolas Cage and John Cusack.

Michael can most recently be seen in the critically acclaimed FX event series, “American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ Simpson” as well as Showtime’s Emmy nominated series “Ray Donovan” in major recurring roles. Prior to that Michael was a series regular on the Emmy winning series, “Southland.” He is currently starring as Tom Matthews in Freeform’s new show “Beyond.”

David Eick started producing television in 1992, and shifted his career focus to writing in 2007. As a writer, producer, network and studio executive, he has produced, written and/or supervised hundreds of hours of television, including more than twenty different series, movies and pilots.

In 2013 David joined Steven Spielberg’s TNT event series “Falling Skies,” taking over the show for two seasons as Executive Producer/Showrunner and crafting the series finale.

David’s role as Executive Producer/Showrunner on “Beyond” marks his second collaboration with Tim Kring, following his time consulting on Kring’s 2012 series “Touch.”

Adam Nussdorf is the Creator and Executive producer of “Beyond”, which will premiere on Freeform in January 2017. Adam began his career on the Emmy-winning television series “Lost”, working as an assistant to Executive Producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.

He broke into writing on the Disney XD animated series, “Tron: Uprising”, running the writer's room towards the end of the season. He then went onto “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” before developing on his own.
